June 21 @ 11:15 am - 1:00 pm
Forge Your Grit – Leading Through the Tough Times & Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon
Join us June 21st as we celebrate and acknowledge all those who make the AMA DFW possible. The board of directors is so thankful for all those involved in our committees – they make everything from events to communications happen. During lunch we’ll also be inspired by Mike Thompson, CEO of SVI, who will inspire us to lead through the tough times.
Are you leading teams or projects in tough times? If so, you’ll benefit from this insightful presentation. In reference to Mike’s book, Forging Grit, you’ll be taken on a journey that forces you to feel the weight of setbacks, challenges, and fear in order to experience the joy of triumph. You’ll be able to identify the root causes and learn how to face any obstacle as a leader to help your team and organization overcome challenges. You’ll discover how to persevere through tough times by developing leadership grit.
