Trinidad Aguirre, MBA – President

Trinidad is a United States Navy veteran with more than 23 years of leadership and management experience. He has worked with global senior leadership teams, from SMB to Fortune 500 corporations, to help bring the “art of possible” to life with strategic thinking, analytics, insights, and operational excellence.

Trinidad’s servant leadership approach has had a successful legacy of building, mentoring, and enabling teams to embrace data-driven strategies, innovate to build digital marketing solutions, and optimize performance to meet or exceed the business objective.

He currently mentors military veterans as they transition from active duty to civilian, consults on Hispanic marketing, and was awarded the Minority Business Leader Award by the Dallas Business Journal for his achievements in the business community. 

Trinidad spends most of his free time with his family spending his weekends supporting his son’s baseball team, taking the family camping, selling Girl Scout cookies, or doing some serious grilling with a frosty beverage.


Shernay Wormley – President-Elect

Shernay Wormley is a creative-driven marketing leader that is results-oriented with over a decade of design, and marketing experience in education, non-profit, and community, and student engagement. Her love for technology, research, problem-solving, and working with various target audiences has allowed her versatile skill set to be utilized to enhance campaigns, programs, and services in the community with three of the largest establishments in Texas, Baylor Scott & White Health, SMU, and the Dallas College.

Currently, Shernay works as a consultant and leader of digital engagement strategies for small and medium-sized businesses. She also has taught on various levels as an adjunct professor for marketing, social media marketing strategies, computer applications, and Adobe InDesign courses for Dallas College and Collin College.

Shernay enjoys volunteering in the community and started with AMA DFW as a volunteer for SIG (Small Interest Groups). In her spare time, she loves being active with local organizations, (North Texas Food Bank, Special Olympics, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, TangoTab, etc.), attending social events, experiencing different recipes, spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and serving in different ministries at her church. As a leader, she is passionate about inspiring and empowering others to follow their dreams and discover their true potential.

Shernay holds an AAS in Graphic Design and a BS in Advertising Design from the Art Institute of Dallas. She has also obtained an MS in Marketing from Texas A&M, University, Commerce, Texas, and a Digital Marketing certification from Southern Methodist University (SMU).


Angela Neal – President Emeritus

Angela is a genuine servant leader having served on Advisory Councils and Boards leading up to serving as AMA DFW President 2020-2022, President-Elect (2019-2020) and EVP of Special Interest Groups (SIGs)–2016-2019. She possesses a wealth of leadership experience and has supported Fortune 500 companies and start-ups establish or improve their e-commerce, marketing, and branding strategies. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for AMA DFW, Angela is the founder of Just The Heart, LLC, an award-winning creative designs and service company attentively delivering focused strategies and results for brands serious about their image and results.

Angela’s track record as a forward-thinking, marketing, creative, and analytically competent leader spans multiple verticals ranging from aerospace to telecommunications, healthcare to insurance, automotive, sports, and more. Some of her successes include creating trajectories with 100% accuracy as part of Ascent Flight Design and Dynamics for NASA Shuttle Missions, recognition as a Spotlight Business of the Super Bowl XLV Emerging Business Program, and 2018 Marketer of the Year for work submitted in the insurance category.

In addition to Angela’s dedication to AMA DFW, she enjoys teaching Web Analytics, Web Design, and Information Systems as an adjunct instructor at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), mentoring and encouraging others, and speaking to groups on her industry expertise, lessons learned, and helpful strategies towards achieving goals.

Angela holds a BS Mathematics from Spelman College, MS Mathematics from Tennessee Technological University, Executive MBA from UTD, and BFA Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Dallas.  She enjoys spending most of her free time with family, traveling, championing an insanity workout, or maintaining postures in Bikram Yoga.

Louis A. Bergmann III – Treasurer

With more than 25 years of financial and management experience, Louis assists in the oversight of the financial operations of Moroch Partners. Louis’s responsibilities include management of the Financial Services team.

Louis’ day-to-day responsibilities include; strategic planning, forecasting; budget management; financial statement presentation; treasury and asset management; policy development; IRS and GAAP compliance.

Louis’s prior experience includes financial roles with R&R Partners, Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino, AON Consulting, Invesco Financial Services Group and Municipal Funding of Illinois.

He is a member of the Financial Management team for Moroch; Served two terms (4 years) as the Accounting Leader SIG (Special Interest Group) for the Advantage Advisory Council and served two terms (4 years) as the Agency Recruitment SIG for the Advantage Advisory Council. Served 4 years as an Advisory Board Member for CSI (Corporate Spending Innovations).


Ivonne Kinser – EVP Marketer of the Year

Ivonne is a marketing powerhouse with over 20 years of experience driving innovation on both the brand and agency sides. Her work has won over 30 awards for creativity, performance, and innovation. Her remarkable marketing trajectory made her the first Latina to receive the DFW American Marketing Association’s Lifetime Achievement award. She is also a recipient of the Changing the Game Award from She Runs It and has been named to the ‘100 Most Influential Latinas in the U.S.’ list for two consecutive years. Currently, Ivonne leads Avocados From Mexico’s marketing and the innovation agenda of
the company, which earned it a spot on Fast Company’s list of Most Innovative Companies, ranking number one in the branding category.

Zaneta Sevier – EVP Membership

With more than nine years of digital marketing and project management experience, Zaneta has a proven track record of crafting world-class solutions for clients and brands across a variety of professional sectors.

Zaneta holds a B.A. in Business Management from Concordia University, and as a certified Agile Product Manager, she uses both her education and experience to propel her teams toward ambitious growth targets.

Zaneta currently serves as Global Product Manager at McKesson – a Fortune 7 company and one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical distributors. In this role, she is directly responsible for creating, developing, launching, and maintaining innovative products that increase physician education and engagement. Under her leadership at McKesson, provider engagement has increased by more than 15%.

Before joining McKesson, she developed marketing strategies and solutions across several industries including healthcare, security technology, retail, and non-profit. Her areas of expertise include analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, optimizing A/B testing, creating data-driven marketing strategies, and delivering perfectly timed, customer-centric messaging to drive impact and revenue.

In addition to her professional work, Zaneta is passionate about uplifting others. Before serving as a member of this Board, she served on the AMA Membership Committee, supporting membership retention and assisting with monthly meet-and-greet events. She loves to curate insightful and inspiring experiences for those within her social and professional networks and she regularly volunteers with the Big Brother, Big Sister program of Dallas.


Grace Garcia – EVP Analytics

Grace has over eight years of marketing strategy and analytics expertise in the digital marketing space. Her experience includes developing and analyzing e-commerce and lead gen strategy across a wide range of digital marketing channels, including: search, social media, programmatic/display, streaming TV, and influencer marketing. Grace currently leads the Performance Marketing, NAM team at Fossil Group, one of the world’s leading and most recognizable watch and leathers brands. Grace hold’s a bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the University of North Texas, and is completing her Master’s of Science in Digital Communication Analytics.

Grace is a DFW Native–growing up in Carrollton, TX and now residing in Little Elm. Outside of the AMA, she has served in other board roles including: Chair of DEI (AAF), as Chair of Mentorship (Sabre YPC) and has volunteered for many service organizations. She looks forward to bringing her experience and acumen to the AMA DFW chapter as EVP of Analytics.


Kristian Bottini – EVP MarTech

Kristian Bottini, a Brazilian entrepreneur and tech aficionado, founded the innovative 270B agency in 2005. Known for pioneering strategies in the marketing sector, he has led his agency to global recognition with offices in Dallas and São Paulo. Awarded the “32 Under 32” for his early accomplishments, Kristian excels in transforming complex challenges into growth opportunities using advanced technology and strategic marketing. His leadership continues to drive success and inspire both his team and clients worldwide.

Tenille T. Terry – EVP Cocktails & Conversations

Tenille is an award-winning marketing communications professional with over 18 years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, and operations. She currently serves as the USA Marketing Communications Business Partner for Exyte. She is working closely with senior leadership and global business units to develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategic plan to advance and broaden awareness of the Exyte brand in the region.

Her eclectic skillset has taken her all over the globe, enhancing the brand and goals of companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Neutrogena, and H&R Block. Her regional experience includes private organizations and state and city governments. Ms. Terry’s strong business acumen and personable demeanor have aided in her effective leadership of cross-functional teams, bridging communication gaps with compelling storytelling, connecting organizations to their target audiences, creatively communicating complex operations, and turning marketing campaigns into revenue for long-term business growth and engagement.

Tenille is a Louisiana native and a three-time graduate of “The Southern University and A&M College,” in Baton Rouge, LA, where she earned a Master of Business Administration, Master of Arts, and Bachelor of Arts degrees.

As a talent, Ms. Terry has worked and served in numerous capacities, including Voice Over Actress, Celebrity Interviewer, Radio Show Host, Talk Show Host, Podcast Host, Event Host, Mistress of Ceremonies, Commentator, Facilitator, and Panel Moderator.

Tenille is a Charter Member of the Southern Metroplex Texas Chapter of The Links, Inc. and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. (Dallas Alumnae Chapter). She also serves as the 1st Vice President of the Southern University Business School MBA Board. Ms. Terry is also active in several national and local organizations.

In her free time, Tenille enjoys engaging in great dialogue, listening, and dancing to great music with friends, traveling the world, creating unforgettable experiences, and sharing her contagious smile with everyone she encounters.


Amber Nyer – EVP Sponsorships

Amber has always believed in the power of meaningful connections to share knowledge, learn from others’ experiences and expertise. This is one of many reasons why she is grateful to serve as EVP of Sponsorships to build lasting value driven relationships with our partners and ensure they find the right platform to share their unique solutions with our engaged audience of marketers in the thriving Dallas – Fort Worth marketing community.

She has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing building her career serving brand campaigns with marketing technology, digital media and data insights. Currently, she focuses on winning clients over with strategic technology solutions that fuel customer growth and drive engagement.

As a DFW native, she enjoys being the “in-the-know” person for go to suggestions on new places to take out of towners and enjoy all fun restaurants around town. When she’s not working or volunteering, she enjoys trying new workout classes and checking off new destinations in her travel bucket list.


Christina Miralla – EVP Vision Talks

Christina Miralla is the EVP of Vision Talks with the American Marketing Association (AMA) Dallas-Fort Worth chapter. She is a former AMA mentorship program participant and is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the AMA DFW chapter in a new way.

By day, she oversees digital marketing at RQI Partners, a partnership of the American Heart Association and Laerdal Medical, focused on delivering innovative solutions that support a mission of improving sudden cardiac arrest survival rates. She holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of North Texas  and a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of South Florida. 

Christina has achieved success in the digital marketing field after laying the foundation of her career as a journalist having worked for magazines, digital media agencies, and television outlets. Christina currently specializes in content strategy, digital marketing technologies, and social media. She has been recognized for her work over the years and even won a 2015 PRSA award for her contributions on Texas Instruments’ Calculate Your Color campaign.

Outside of the office, Christina is an avid fitness enthusiast and has a passion for mental and physical health. She has been practicing yoga since 2017 and finally became a certified yoga instructor in 2023, completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training with CorePower Yoga – where she now teaches on the weekends. 

Christina hails from New York by way of Florida and has called Texas home for the past nine years. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling anywhere scenic to explore new parts of the world. Christina enjoys spending her downtime with her two rescue dogs, spouse, and  volunteering for causes she cares about, which include training for her next half marathon.


Courtney Brazile – EVP Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Courtney Brazile is an award-wining educator who teaches Communication Studies courses at Dallas College, and has fifteen years of higher education experience. Professor Brazile’s contribution to his students and his institution extends beyond the classroom as he has led faculty professional development workshops on Engaging Gen Z, Course Contextualization, and Culturally Responsive Teaching. He is also a TEDx speaker and has coached students and professionals on effective presentation skills. Additionally, he is a doctoral candidate studying organizational leadership at Abilene Christian University. Courtney was the recipient of the Jean Sharon Griffith Student Development Leadership Award and the Excellence in Teaching Award at the Dallas College, Eastfield Campus. He also received the John & Suanne Roueche Excellence Medallion at the Innovations Conference in Chicago and National Harbour. Mr. Brazile was featured in the spring 22′ edition of the North Texan magazine as a recognized alum of the University of North Texas. Plus, Abilene Christian University featured Courtney on their website in spring 24′ as their student spotlight due to his dedication as graduate scholar. When Courtney is not teaching, he enjoys facilitating professional learning and employee training for organizations such as the Head Start of Greater Dallas and Broadway Dallas. Over the past decade, Mr. Brazile has become a celebrated speaker and consultant in both the education and non-profit sectors. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends—and serving as a role model for his community. He looks forward to leading diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts for the AMA Dallas chapter.


Nick Gartside – EVP Mentorship & Protégés

Nick Gartside is a veteran and the owner of Social Media Torch. Constantly educating himself on the innovative marketing strategies within the social media world. Nick’s discipline and constant learning has opened the door for him to AI and how to integrate it into every aspect of Digital Marketing. Experience has educated him on being an architect of growing brands across multiple Social Media platforms. Nick has built, branded, and made profitable over 625 businesses while selling a couple of companies himself. His MBA from UTA has helped him build Social Media Torch and continues to guide other businesses to success. Nick gives back to the marketing world by being the EVP for the American Marketing Association’s Mentor and Protégé program. He has been featured in GI Jobs, and spoken at Business Beyond the Battlefield Conference, Code Launch, Pakstan Group, and others. His favorite quote is “I am 100% sure if you bring me into any situation, I will have a positive impact on you.”
